The bigger picture


We are seeking a highly reliable and trustworthy individual with a strategic mindset to join our team as a Financial Solutions Specialist.

In this role, you will be responsible for deepening member relationships by increasing the number of simple solutions members hold with Conexus.


How you'll be spending your time

  • Building trusting relationships with members while proactively identifying and uncovering their needs to provide advice and solutions to fill those needs
  • Working with other internal business lines, such as Credit Union Dealer Finance and the Mobile Mortgage Specialists teams, to uncover and identify member needs through meaningful conversations.
  • Providing daytoday and savings accounts, simple investments, basic lending products, and frontline support
  • Educating our members on the value of our products and services and striving to provide the most uptodate and relevant financial information available.
  • Adhering to industry and legislative requirements as well as operational policy and procedures

You are proactive in seeking opportunities, staying up-to-date with industry trends and anticipating members' financial needs before they express them.

The experience you bring

  • Experience working in a customer care/customer service role
  • Experience recommending products & services based on customer needs
  • A passion for individual finances

Salary Range
$48,480 - $60,600 with a 7% Short Term Incentive Target
