Position Overview:
EEKO Couriers is looking for a Full-Time Courier to join our collaborative team of delivery professionals.

As a vital member of our On-Demand delivery service, you will play a key role in ensuring the timely and reliable delivery of packages, fostering a culture of exceptional service and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

Safe, Accurate and Timely Deliveries:
Execute on-time and accurate delivery of packages to specified locations within the assigned route.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with our dynamic team to optimize delivery routes, share insights, and contribute to a positive work environment.

Customer Service Excellence:

Provide outstanding customer service by maintaining a professional and friendly demeanour, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring a positive delivery experience.

Route Optimization:
Utilize technology and collaborative input to optimize delivery routes for efficiency and time management.

Package Handling:
Safely load, unload, and handle packages with care to prevent damage during transportation.

Communication:
Maintain open communication with the dispatch team to report any issues, delays, or changes in delivery status.

Vehicle Maintenance:
Conduct routine vehicle checks and report any maintenance issues promptly to ensure optimal fleet performance.


Job Requirements:

Valid Driver's License:
Possess a valid BC driver's license with a clean driving record.

Full-Time Availability:
Available to work a full-time schedule with optional evening and weekend work as per operational needs.

Physical Fitness:
Ability to lift and carry packages of varying weights and sizes.

Customer-Focused:
Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills.

Tech-Savvy:
Comfortable using navigation apps and other relevant technology tools.

Safety-Conscious:
Prioritize safety and adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies.

Salary:
$16.75-$20.00 per hour
