    Front of House - Supervisor, Food Services

    Denny's Canada – Cranbrook, Cranbrook, British Columbia, Canada

    Responsibilities

    • Supervise shifts by leading other hourly employees to adhere to Denny's brand standards
    • Coordinate restaurant activities by observing guest flow
    • Monitor sales, employee hours, and guest counts throughout the shift to ensure proper staffing
    • Complete shift walkthroughs and take corrective actions when needed
    • Adhere to Denny's Brand Standards and internal policies and procedures
    • Perform other duties as required or assigned

    Qualifications

    • High school diploma or GED
    • Management Food Safety Certification
    • Completed all e-learning job code modules
    • Demonstrates Guiding Principles
    • Effective communication in English, both oral and written
    • Team player, collaborative and attentive
    • Excellent guest service and people skills
    • Self-motivated, organized, and able to multitask effectively
    • Lift and carry up to 50 lbs
    • Stand and walk during an 8-hour shift
    • Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
