Under the general supervision of the Operations Manager, the Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that their assigned units of Nova Scotia Provincial Housing Agency (NSPHA) are maintained in a good state of repair.

Furthermore, the incumbent must provide supervision to their work unit through planning daily work schedules; coaching when appropriate; conducting performance reviews and administering discipline, when appropriate.
