Argus operates within the Metro Vancouver, Fraser Valley, Vancouver Island and Thompson Okanagan. We also provide daily Less than Truck Load (LTL) service to and from the Pacific Northwest.
We are agents for large national carriers and are a key component to the Third-Party Logistics (3PL) and Supply Chain Management (SCM) industries.
We provide a diverse customer base with our own unique blend of services. It is our focus on"Personalized Service" which has allowed us to survive and prosper since
1948.
Argus has two positions available, one as part of our Customer Service Team working 10:00 - 6:30 pm, the other supporting our Rates & Logistics Team from 8:00 to 4:30 pm.
Responsibilities:
- Establish & maintain strong positive customer relationships
- Support your respective team processing and finalizing
- Submitting and clearing US Bound shipments
- Data entry
Requirements:
- Must have a positive attitude and be able to work in a team environment
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- High Level of attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Comfortable using computers. (Knowledge of Excel, Courier Complete an asset)
- Previous cross border paperwork experience is a plus
