Summary:

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, You Will:

Develop partnerships and leverage critical platforms to source diverse, exceptional talent to address capability gaps and meet Miller's diversity objectives
Advocate and influence operations teams and HR colleagues to be talent acquisition champions, promoting job opportunities through social and professional networks
Facilitate the full life cycle recruiting process for professional, technical and business support roles within the HR system (Success Factors)
Analyze talent acquisition metrics like the cost per hire, time to fill roles, effectiveness of various sources etc. Utilize the information to develop cost effective sourcing and advertising strategies
Act as an ambassador for Miller's brand and create awareness across social media platforms, career fairs, industry events etc.

What You'll Bring;:

A degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field with 5+ years' relevant experience in progressive and strategic talent acquisition
Prior experience in the construction sector and current knowledge of best practices in talent acquisition and talent management
Highly motivated and results oriented
High sense of urgency, and reliable followthrough
An innovative mindset to improve recruiting efficiencies and ability to influence change, with a primary focus on client needs
Strong communication skills to clearly convey messages and explore diverse points of view
Desire and ability to build trusting relationships and provide guidance to support the development of colleagues
Ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders and provide consultative information throughout the whole process
