What it's like to work here:

We are an organization that leads with context over control, which reflects two of our core values: autonomy and accountability.

People who work here have autonomy, steered at a high level through our guiding principles, within a culture of accountability.

Focus is a superpower, particularly in today's knowledge-driven work landscape. To foster and nurture this focus, we have cultivated a work culture that encourages deep work and concentration.

We also provide training to empower our employees to be highly effective in a modern work environment, which is often filled with distractions.

These principles are further reinforced by our workplace policies, which regulate aspects such as tools, communication, and meetings.

The onset of the pandemic prompted a rapid and permanent shift from an office-centric approach to a remote-first model for our business.

We understand the importance of having dedicated workspaces, which is why we ensure that suitable arrangements are available for our employees to work outside of their homes.

However, it is expected that you will primarily work remotely, leveraging the flexibility and advantages it offers.
