Responsibilities:

Supports Line of Business with planning, directing and coordination of daytoday activities of running a program or portfolio of programs, including creation and execution of program plans, scope documents and key milestones
Supports project management teams with execution of the project releases in a timely and compliant manner
Collects, measures and analyzes project management data. Identifies, escalates and tracks to closure the project management issues
Acts as project management SME in the PMO team and support other PMO functions as needed
Directs project management teams utilizing a solid knowledge of the ICG O&T Program and Project Management Procedure, Citi PM tools and other PM guidelines

Qualifications:

610 years of experience in a PM/PMO role (or similar) in an IT project industry with proven success
Demonstrated knowledge of Project Management concepts and Agile technology methodologies
Ability to analyze data and grasp issues, draw conclusions, and identify trends.
Ability to effectively work as part of a global diverse team, and also contributing independently with mínimal supervision
Advanced communication, written, presentation and organizational skills is a must
Ability to support multiple work streams and work under tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint is required. Knowledge of Citi PM Tools (incl. PTS 2.0, ServiceNow) is highly desirable.

Education:

Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience, potentially Masters degree
PMI certification (PMP, PMI-ACP, CAPM)
