This position is responsible for analyzing and forecasting the profitability of the Tim Hortons Supply Chain business unit, including reporting, forecasting, and budgeting, in addition to ad-hoc analyses and special projects.

This position works cross-functionally with multiple departments and offers financial support for strategic decision making by senior leadership.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assists reporting, budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning processes for Supply Chain P&L and capital expenditures
  • Provides financial and analytical support for special projects as directed by senior management
  • Oversee the collection of outstanding credit and invoices to minimize financial impact, while ensuring it is handled appropriately and per company policy
  • Communicate with clients to build and maintain a strong working relationship
  • Run reports and analyze data pertaining to the collections and share with managers and department staff as needed
  • Assist in the process of creating purchase orders, processing and issuing invoices
Desired Skills and Experience

  • Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Engineering or other quantitative field
  • Financial modeling ability and experience
  • Strong analytical, organizational and computer skills, including experience with database and spreadsheet programs
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with desire to learn and be challenged
  • Selfmotivated and a selfstarter
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and an ability to communicate effectively and professionally with all levels of the organization, including senior executives
  • Ability to function independently and effectively in a team environment
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and work in a fastpaced environment
