WHAT YOU'LL DO:

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

Post-secondary degree or diploma in a related field or equivalent experience
-
Degree, Diploma or Certificate in Project Management preferred
-
PMP preferred, but not required.
-
Clinical Certification
preferred: RN, RPN, Lab tech, Pharmacy technician**
WHO YOU ARE:

5+ years working in a Clinical area

-
2+ years implementation and build experience with Epic
-
Experience in workflow design and documentation, system configuration and testing
-
Strong project management skills and experience.
-
Expertise in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint required.

Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
-
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-
Flexibility with respect to changing timelines and delivery methods.
-
Demonstrated ability to establish effective working relationships while resolving issues.
-
Excellent organizational skills and ability to reprioritize tasks.
-
Strong collaboration and facilitation skills.
-
Ability to work with strained software users in supporting the use of the EHR in the organization
