Baker

Job duties include:

Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls, and sweet goods, batters for muffins, cookies and cakes and icings and frosting according to recipes or special customer orders
Bake mixed dough and batters
Prepare special orders
Frost and decorate cakes and baked goods
Draw up production schedules
Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards
Inspect kitchen and food service areas
Operate machinery
Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies
Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
Supervise baking personnel and kitchen staff
Train staff, schedule staff
Organize and maintain inventory
Oversee sales and merchandising of bakes goods
Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances

Must be familiar with these food/baking specialties

Mexican Pastries/ Breads
Breads, rolls, Desserts, pastries, wedding, specialty cakes, donuts, muffins, and cake decorating.

1 vacancy for the position

Minimum - 3 years of experience

Languages:
Spanish is an asset and English is not required

Position starts at $22.00 working 40 hours/week

Legally able to work in Canada

From $22.00 per hour
