    Position Summary



    About the Role:



    • The Accounts Receivable Clerk will be responsible for ensuring all required billing information is captured and up-to-date, maximizing revenue collection.

    • This role involves performing day-to-day financial transactions including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording AR data.

    • The successful candidate will ensure signed accommodation forms are obtained and coordinate with nursing staff to arrange patient transfers to maximize preferred accommodation revenue.

    • Facilitate payment of invoices by sending bill reminders and contacting patients as necessary. Ensure proper follow-up regarding claims and rejections.

      • The Account receivable clerk Reconcile aged trial balance to ensure accuracy in payments charges Invoices properly posted process incoming payments from Patients Insurance Agencies sources in compliance with policies procedures prepare daily Bank Deposits reconciliation exercise Initiative observe confidentiality complete other duties assigned may require Inter-site travel
