    The Executive Desktop Support Analyst is responsible for catering to the technology needs of the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) at TC Energy. This includes providing technical on-site support as well as remote support to ELT members. This is a dedicated ELT support role, which requires full time physical presence at the office (5 days a week) and on-call availability. The ideal holistic support and solutions to ELT members. This position reports to the Senior Manager - IS Service Assurance.

    The position is located in Calgary, AB.

    What you'll do

    • Serve as the single point of contact for all technology issues raised by ELT members either directly or through their Executive Assistants.
    • Serve as the liaison between the ELT/EAs and other internal Information Services (IS) support groups.
    • Proactively test and perform health checks on Audio/Video (AV) systems in various conference and meeting rooms used by the ELT.
    • Create quick reference guides for troubleshooting common IS issues
    • Provide regular training/coaching to Executive Assistants on how to resolve common IS issues
    • Attend EA weekly meetings to proactively plan for upcoming important events
    • Work with EAs to improve the technology experience for ELT members
    • Provide live support and Produce Teams live events
    • Troubleshoot laptop issues on the Windows 10 operating systems and the entire suite of Microsoft Office 365.
    • Provide remote support outside business hours to ELT members on technology issues.
    • Provide input/recommendations on hardware upgrades to support ELT members

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Minimum of Secondary School Diploma or Canadian GED
    • At least 3 years of experience supporting Microsoft 365 solutions
    • Experience provisioning RSA secure tokens
    • knowledge with AV support, including Teams, WebEx and Zoom
    • Experience with hardware support (Desktop, Laptop)
    • Understanding working with Groups, Organization Units, and Credentials in Active Directory
    • Experience providing mobility support (iPads, iPhone)
    • Proficiency with the Windows 10 Operating System
    • Experience with Windows 10 Operating system imaging
    • Experience writing Quick Reference Guides, Knowledge Base articles and technical documentation
    • Experience installing manual patches on End User Workstations

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
