Manager, Operational Process Management


What is the opportunity?


The Manager, Operational Process Management role will take part in process improvement initiatives to improve employee, client and advisor experience.

This role will also be responsible for the shared development and managing of KPIs/SLAs to continuously monitor progress and be able to action as needed.

This role will manage the documentation of current and future state processes and will be responsible for keeping teams accountable to process improvements by monitoring trends and implementing action plans as required.


What will you do?

  • Gain detailed comprehension of endtoend processes to be able to understand how new products/technology/processes would impact the process flow.
  • Lead identified and approved process changes:
  • Create implementation plans
  • Monitor performance and report on any issues postimplementation.
  • Assist with monitoring endtoend process efficiency as changes are implemented. Identify areas of concerns/opportunities.
  • Develop, monitor and manage reporting
  • Create/pull, prepare commentary and distribute reports
  • Analyze reports (trends, anomalies).
  • Assist with communications for process changes
  • Represent Client Acquisition Services as a SME on project and nonproject initiatives, with a lens of ensuring new products, technology or processes are ingested in the most efficient way.
  • Lead/support Change Management initiatives to support rollout of process enhancements.
  • Competitive Intelligence monitoring.
  • Research ideas/concepts that could support our goal of continuously improving our endtoend business processes (collaboration with stakeholders, identify and interpret data, present ideas/concepts for new processes).
