Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Financial Advisors to assist and support clients;
  • Prepare client documents & client statements;
  • Assist Financial Advisors with meeting preparation;
  • Schedule appointments;
  • Process financial transactions;
  • Managing client files electronic and hard copies.

  • Must be proficient in Microsoft suite, including but not limited to, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Professional, positive attitude
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Must demonstrate high level of attention to detail
  • Comprehensive understanding of financial and investment terminology would be strongly considered an asset
  • Experience with Client Relationship Management tools is considered an asset
Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree or College Diploma in economics, finance, or business
  • IIROC or MFDA licensed is considered an asset

Salary:
$16.08-$25.72 per hour
