Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Financial Advisors to assist and support clients;
- Prepare client documents & client statements;
- Assist Financial Advisors with meeting preparation;
- Schedule appointments;
- Process financial transactions;
- Managing client files electronic and hard copies.

- Must be proficient in Microsoft suite, including but not limited to, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Professional, positive attitude
- Strong organizational skills
- Must demonstrate high level of attention to detail
- Comprehensive understanding of financial and investment terminology would be strongly considered an asset
- Experience with Client Relationship Management tools is considered an asset
- Bachelor's Degree or College Diploma in economics, finance, or business
- IIROC or MFDA licensed is considered an asset
Salary:
$16.08-$25.72 per hour
