WHAT WILL YOU DO?
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BE CONSIDERED?
- Bilingual in English and French
- Previous experience in a customer service or clerical role; call centre experience is an asset
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and problemsolving skills
- Ability to effectively adapt to changing priorities
- Strong analytical skills, with a demonstrated ability to think critically
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and direction in a fastpaced environment
