WHAT WILL YOU DO?

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BE CONSIDERED?

  • Bilingual in English and French
  • Previous experience in a customer service or clerical role; call centre experience is an asset
  • Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and problemsolving skills
  • Ability to effectively adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong analytical skills, with a demonstrated ability to think critically
  • Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and direction in a fastpaced environment
