    Overview

    TandemLaunch is a unique Canadian venture studio. We create cutting-edge technology companies based on research taken straight from major university labs. We focus on commercializing innovations in consumer electronics, hardware-enabled technologies, machine learning, and embedded systems.

    We're looking for a motivated and technically curious individual to join our team as a Strategic Technology Partnerships Manager. In this role, you'll combine your technical knowledge with strong relationship-building skills to engage with partners, and strategic investors. You'll play a key role in supporting our growth by managing accounts, translating technical solutions into clear value, and helping foster long-term relationships that matter.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage and nurture relationships with key accounts, partners, and strategic investors.
    • Leverage your technical background to understand and communicate product capabilities and solutions.
    • Support partner and investor engagement efforts, ensuring alignment with our strategic roadmap.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure partners' needs are met.
    • Help identify opportunities for collaboration, new applications, and market expansion.
    • Represent the company with professionalism and enthusiasm at meetings, events, and presentations.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related technical discipline
    • Bilingual, with impeccable communication skills in both French and English.
    • Strong interest in combining technical expertise with relationship management.
    • Excellent communication skills, ability to articulate complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
    • Genuine curiosity towards cutting-edge novel technology.
    • A collaborative and proactive mindset, with an eagerness to engage and learn.
    • Passion for building relationships, fostering trust, and supporting growth.
