Looking for an organized, self-starter to assist with a variety of tasks in a busy long term property management brokerage.
Ideal for an experienced customer service professional, with exceptional communication and organizational skills.About this Role:
- Parttime, two days required between Monday
- Friday 9am5pm schedule;
- A customer service superstar with excellent communications skills who seeks growth opportunities.
- Attention to detail, and ability to stay organized.
- Property management, strata management, or frontline hotel experience beneficial.
- Must excel at taking ownership of responsibilities, and completing tasks.
- A cando attitude, a great role for someone that enjoys a variety of work.
- Must have your own vehicle and cell phone (expense allowance will be provided).
- Experience with Microsoft Word.
Responsibilities Include:
- Drafting notices for property manager review
- Completing and documenting property inspections, creating maintenance lists for maintenance that require follow up.
- Creating and coordinating a schedule of upcoming property inspections, posting required notices
- Clerical tasks for property managers
