North Hill Mazda is currently seeking a Parts Advisor to join our growing team.

Position Summary (duties include but are not limited to):

  • Establish rapport and determine/attend to customers' needs in person and on the phone
  • Accurately track parts and monitor lost sales
  • Receiving and shipping parts as required
  • Keep parts shelves stocked as required
  • Help monitor the parts inventory to determine restocking requirements
  • Assist the Parts Manager in analyzing and resolving onhand discrepancies
  • Help maintain housekeeping and safety of the parts area
  • Assist with yearly inventory

Requirements:


  • Availability to work a variety of shifts
  • Self-Motivated
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Willingness to help in any area required
