- Develop maintain and update project master schedules using Critical Path Method CPM in alignment with contract requirements and organizational best practices
- Coordinate closely with clients subtrades and project teams to establish baseline schedules integrate risk registers ensure schedule accuracy alignment with project milestones Prepare lead regular schedule updates including cash flow forecasts produce comprehensive Schedule Performance Reports KPIs such as EV SPI S-curves variance analyses Identify schedule risks opportunities required corrective actions facilitate mitigation planning resequencing discussions delay analysis support extension-time claims Review validate schedules produced junior staff non-schedulers ensuring quality robustness compliance contractual criticality criteria
