Job Overview:

Duties:


  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
  • Manage product marketing initiatives from conception to execution
  • Maintain and update content on website & social media
  • Analyze marketing data using tools like Google Analytics
  • Create visual content using Adobe Creative Suite
  • Optimize content for search engines (SEO)
  • Assist in budgeting and tracking marketing expenses
  • Design all collateral including ads, brochures, flyers, invitations as needed
  • Write copy for website, ads and collateral
  • Manage community events with sales team
Marketing plan and budget

  • Create and manage marketing plan and budget
  • Plan and implement monthly and annual marketing and advertising calendar
  • Develop marketing strategy for new projects
  • Coordinate events to promote Active Homes Ltd.

Skills:


Required Skills:


  • Proficiency in product management and market research
  • Familiarity with WordPress for content management
  • Ability to analyze data using Google Analytics
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices

Nice-to-have Skills:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite for content creation
  • Familiarity with budgeting processes in a marketing context

Pay:
$40,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
