Our website is also growing, and we're expanding our efforts in digital marketing to accommodate the growing demand for online retail.


Responsibilities:


  • Work closely with the marketing team to implement promotional changes on the website, aligning it with The Brick's marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all promotional materials and channels.
  • Act as a liaison between external marketing teams (flyers, TV, digital) and internal Ecommerce department stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and integration.
  • Coordinate the timing and placement of marketing materials on the website to support external campaigns effectively.
  • Collaborate with the design team to develop engaging homepage creative, including home hero banners and promotional banners.
  • Ensure that the website's creative elements are visually appealing, onbrand, and aligned with marketing objectives.
  • Manage vendor marketing initiatives on the website, such as website takeovers, paid banner placements, and paid product placements.
  • Optimize vendor marketing programs to enhance customer experience and drive conversions.
  • Utilize Adobe Workfront or other project management tools to coordinate the design team's tasks and ensure timely project delivery.
  • Set and enforce proofing deadlines and maintain overall project timelines.
  • Regularly review the website to ensure that all creative materials are accurately placed and align with the brand's visual identity.
  • Identify opportunities for website enhancements to improve user experience and engagement.
  • Oversee and implement strategic SEO initiatives to optimize website performance, enhance organic search visibility, and drive targeted traffic growth.
  • Other tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Workfront or similar project management software an asset.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with crossfunctional teams.
  • Detailoriented with a keen eye for creative elements and design consistency
