Job summary
We are looking for a Business Process Owner (BPO) for the System Quotation Process responsible for designing and governing the global end-to-end quotation process for robotic systems cells and engineered solutions.This role will be the central architect of the quotation process and tools adopted across all ABB Robotics regions and business lines defining how we capture customer needs develop concept solutions structure high-level BOMs WBS estimate costs set prices
The ideal candidate must bring practical experience in designing and pricing automation systems or other engineered solutions working closely with technical teams customers to translate requirements into scoped concepts
- Core BPO Ownership You will define maintain the global system quotation process establish governance roles coordinate worldwide rollout adoption ensure proper documentation training use KPIs feedback drive continuous improvement.
- Process Framework Design You will design clear structured workflow system quotation covering requirement capture concept development high-level BOM/WBS creation costing pricing approvals ensuring full alignment upstream downstream Q2O processes.
