Haulage Truck Operators - Lively - Technica Mining

Description

Currently, we are seeking qualified and motivated Haul Truck Operators to join our growing team in Matachewan, ON or Timmins, ON. There are multiple open positions that we are actively looking to fill. The individuals selected for these positions will be required to operate an underground haul truck in a safe and efficient manner to move supplies or ore/rock throughout an underground mine. The key responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Completing pre-operational circle checks prior to each use and post operational checks at the end of shift
• Loading and offloading equipment, materials, and supplies on to boom truck
• Strapping and securing load to the boom truck for safe transportation underground
• Safely operating haul truck in the underground environment to transport and dump rock/ore at prescribed dump locations as part of the haulage team

REQUIREMENTS

• Must have Underground Hard Rock Miner Common Core Certification (U0000 to U0012) or equivalent provincial designation
• Specialty Module(s) U0091 for Haul Truck Positions is required
• Specialty Module(s) U0024 for Boom Tuck Positions is considered an asset
• Minimum of 2 years' experience as an underground miner
• Committed to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment
• Must be open to working at any of the underground mine sites that Technica operates at
