With a focus on delivering high-quality solutions, we are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as a Client Services Coordinator.


Job Summary:


As a Client Services Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth communication and efficient operations between our property management team, clients, and tenants.

Your primary responsibility will be to oversee client relations, address inquiries, and provide excellent customer service. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.


This is an entry level role with the ability to grow into a more complex and integrated role, based on performance.


Key Responsibilities:


Client Relations

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with property owners and clients.
  • Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and feedback.

Communication

  • Facilitate clear communication between property managers, clients, and internal teams.
  • Keep clients informed about property updates, maintenance schedules, and financial statements.

Documentation and Record-Keeping

  • Maintain accurate and uptodate client records, ensuring all information is organized and easily accessible.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation for client meetings.
  • Issue Resolution:
  • Address and resolve client concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with property managers to ensure swift resolution of maintenance and service issues.

Requirements:


  • Previous experience in client services, preferably in the real estate or property management industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently when needed.


PLEASE NOTE, we are currently located at th street NW but will be relocating in early summer of 2024 to 111 Avenue near the Science Centre.

$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
