We are currently hiring a Temporary Branch Scheduler for our Mississauga branch.

As a scheduler you will be reporting to the branch Operations Manager. The scheduler works alongside the operations team to manage, and coordinate

all the scheduling activities for the unionized employees in Mississauga.

You will be responsible of:

Coordinating with the team to meet daily scheduling requirements
Ensure a high level of accuracy of data input into the scheduling program
Ensure that all vacancies created by absences of any sort are filled with the most competent and acceptable replacements
Ensure that data related to employee lateness, illness, absence is accurately entered
Generating daily hours and overtime reports
Managing all the employees' vacations, requests, lieu banks
Firearm and PAL license tracking and scheduling
Managing the AMP attendance program for all ST union employee
