We are currently looking for a Sales Manager who's ideally located in Canada based out of our Woodstock, ON office.
Summary:
Welding & Fabrication experience working in the industrial and or manufacturing sector, as well as sales experience working with distributors and or end-users, is a huge asset that will be looked for.
Core responsibilities will include:
Sales Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with the executive team to set sales goals and objectives.
Team Leadership:
- Train, and lead a dynamic sales team and in the future recruit additional members.
- Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to maximize team performance.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team culture focused on achieving individual and collective goals.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Identify new business opportunities and work closely with the team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Sales Performance Monitoring:
- Track, analyze, and report on sales performance metrics.
- Implement corrective actions as needed to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Foster effective communication between the sales team and other departments within the organization.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role.
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strategic thinking and problemsolving skills.
- Knowledge of the Welding & Fabrication market in North America is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office / Social Media / Online Meetings
- Working knowledge of CRM systems
- Have Passport / Can Travel (Internationally)
Education and Experience:
- Minimum 6 years of sales experience
Salary:
$75, $95,000.00 per year
