The successful candidate will be responsible for providing legal advice and guidance on mergers and acquisitions, as well as other corporate transactions.

This includes drafting and negotiating contracts, conducting due diligence, and providing legal advice on corporate governance and compliance matters.

The ideal candidate should have a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school, as well as a minimum of 5 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions.

The candidate should also have a strong understanding of corporate law, securities law, and contract law.
