    Job Summary

    As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing top-notch assistance to our valued residents. In addition to these responsibilities, you will also be actively involved in promoting our products and services to current and potential customers. This position requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service. In this role, the successful candidate will report to the Marketing Manager.

    Responsibilities:

    • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email promptly and professionally.
    • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.
    • Address and resolve customer concerns, ensuring a positive resolution.
    • Assist current residents with account-related questions and processes.
    • Collaborate with other departments to expedite solutions and enhance the customer experience.
    • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
    • Other duties as assigned. Requirements:
      • Bachelor's Degree/Diploma from a recognized college or university is preferred.
      • Previous experience in customer service or sales preferred.
      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
      • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
      • Ability to handle a high volume of customer inquiries in a fast-paced environment.
      • Proficient in using customer service software and other relevant tools.
      • Positive attitude, empathy, and a customer-centric mindset.
      • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
