Account Manager - Greater Toronto Area, Canada - bb Blanc

Position Summary:
The Account Manager is responsible for business development, soliciting new clients from various sources to maintain a customer base and meet expected sales targets.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Serve as a communication hub between new/existing clients and the company
- Maintain a positive relationship with new/existing clients and the company
- Offer new services or products to existing clients as relevant and necessary
- Manage and solve any customer complaints or issues
- Prepare and present clear, compelling, and persuasive sales presentations and responsible for preparing quotes/proposals for clients
- Negotiate terms, conditions, pricing, and commitments that increase bb Blanc's revenue and profitability
- Collaborate with all team members to ensure an effective account relationship exists in all stages of the sales process
- Track sales process activities, including lead tracking, bids, or proposals through the company CRM HubSpot and order entry database IntelliEvent
- Work with Director of Sales & Marketing to identify and develop new business opportunities
- Work with all bb Blanc business units to increase market share through lead referrals
- Follow up with clients to ensure client satisfaction
Qualifications and Requirements
- Minimum three (3) years of sales experience, preferably in audio visual/event management/production/live event industry
- Proven sales record of success against established goals
- Valid Driver's License
- Knowledge of bb Blanc Services and Equipment
- Attend association events, tradeshows, and sponsored bb Blanc events
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Computer proficient, with solid knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word Excel spreadsheet and capability and ability to learn new software
- Willingness to travel as needed
- Polite demeanor, Sense of humor
- Charisma and rapportbuilding abilities
- Solid Negotiation skills
- Must possess excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize time sensitive deadlines and always conduct oneself professionally
- Strong Analytical/Organizational skills
- Creative/Flexible

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
$75,000.00-$95,000.00 per year
