Position Summary:

The Account Manager is responsible for business development, soliciting new clients from various sources to maintain a customer base and meet expected sales targets.


Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Serve as a communication hub between new/existing clients and the company
  • Maintain a positive relationship with new/existing clients and the company
  • Offer new services or products to existing clients as relevant and necessary
  • Manage and solve any customer complaints or issues
  • Prepare and present clear, compelling, and persuasive sales presentations and responsible for preparing quotes/proposals for clients
  • Negotiate terms, conditions, pricing, and commitments that increase bb Blanc's revenue and profitability
  • Collaborate with all team members to ensure an effective account relationship exists in all stages of the sales process
  • Track sales process activities, including lead tracking, bids, or proposals through the company CRM HubSpot and order entry database IntelliEvent
  • Work with Director of Sales & Marketing to identify and develop new business opportunities
  • Work with all bb Blanc business units to increase market share through lead referrals
  • Follow up with clients to ensure client satisfaction

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Minimum three (3) years of sales experience, preferably in audio visual/event management/production/live event industry
  • Proven sales record of success against established goals
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Knowledge of bb Blanc Services and Equipment
  • Attend association events, tradeshows, and sponsored bb Blanc events
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Computer proficient, with solid knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word Excel spreadsheet and capability and ability to learn new software
  • Willingness to travel as needed
  • Polite demeanor, Sense of humor
  • Charisma and rapportbuilding abilities
  • Solid Negotiation skills
  • Must possess excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize time sensitive deadlines and always conduct oneself professionally
  • Strong Analytical/Organizational skills
  • Creative/Flexible
  • Attention to detail

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
$75,000.00-$95,000.00 per year
