- Lead the End-to-End Solution: Act as the primary SME for integrated solutions spanning payments, liquidity, virtual accounts, and core banking, from initial business requirements gathering through to final implementation and support.
- Translate Business Needs: Understand and review complex business requirements to articulate detailed functional specifications, business scenarios, and process flows.
- Stakeholder Management: Liaise directly with business users and stakeholders to ensure end-to-end delivery of the solution scope.
- Testing and Quality Assurance: Lead the Business Analyst stream for the project, provide support during all phases of functional testing, participate in defect triage, conduct root-cause analysis, and resolve queries.
- Training and Product Showcase: Showcase the integrated product solutions and provide comprehensive training to all project stakeholders.
- Deliverable Review: Review design and testing deliverables to ensure all requirements are met and are of high quality.
- Payments: Proven experience in end-to-end processing of electronic payments (domestic and international) across various payment schemes. Preference for expertise in Canada or US.
- Liquidity & Cash Management: Strong working knowledge of liquidity management and cash concentration services.
- Virtual Accounts Management: Experience with the setup and management of virtual account structures and their reconciliation processes.
- Core Banking: Functional knowledge of core banking systems and their integration with payments, liquidity, and virtual accounts.
