Location:

Duration: 3-6 months, with the possibility of extension

Who we are looking for:


As an Information Management Intern, you will be responsible for assisting the Information Management team in building an internal knowledge base depository to be used in generative AI training.

You will be expected to assist in a variety of tasks including data entry, data analysis, report writing, and database management.

Additionally, you will work closely with various departments and individuals within the organization to help them utilize information technology to achieve their business objectives.


What you will do:


  • Assist in the development and maintenance of databases and information systems
  • Perform data entry and analysis to support business decisions
  • Interview business users to identify their data sources and compile them into to a unified database
  • Update and maintain reference data
  • Participate in team meetings and provide input on projects and initiatives
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of all information and systems
  • Assist in building the datasets that will be used for AI & ML project

What you bring to the table:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Nice to have basic knowledge of SQL, PowerQuery, Azure Cloud Services
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Prior experience in a datadriven environment is an asset
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
