Job summary
This key role involves overseeing a state-of-the-art healthcare command centre. The SOC Operator is responsible for orienting guards to their respective roles and assisting in tracking and deployment of security staff. They will also monitor and operate numerous command centre systems including access control CCTV fire and life safety. Additionally they will make emergency overhead announcements collaborate with the Security Coordinator on special projects assist in training new staff answer Telephones dispatch calls from the command centre handle a variety of dispatch duties incident call taking liaise with security staff Paladin Operations Centre assist with deployment liaise with visitors clients and staff manage Lost & Found manage the issuance and return of facility keys ID/Access cards issue Visitor Contractor badges.Job description
