TITLE:
Enrollment and Academic Advisor (Spanish Language)

POSITION OVERVIEW:

The role of the Enrollment and Academic Advisor will be to guide Alexander College Corp's marketing efforts in the countries that are assigned.

The advisor will work with the Marketing (Enrollment and Academic Advising Services) team to enter new markets and maintain current markets for enrollment purposes.

The advisor will represent the College by conducting presentations, providing advice to prospective students and agency partners with respect to academic programs, admission procedures, and registration procedures, and imparting knowledge of the resources, facilities, and opportunities available to students at Alexander College.

REQUIREMENTS:

Postsecondary education, minimum of a Certificate or Diploma equivalence
Minimum of 3 years work experience working in a similar role
Knowledge of the BC College and University system and dealing with International agents
English & Spanish proficiency

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Build strategic relationships with agencies, and other stakeholder groups both locally and overseas.
Meet with and enroll students both virtually & in person based on their educational specifications & requirements.
Assist the Marketing/Enrollment Department in conceiving, implementing, administering, and evaluating marketing plans for the College.
Perform other duties as assigned by the VP of Enrollment and Managers
