Key Responsibilities:

• Measure, cut, and install a variety of window and door types accurately and efficiently.
• Remove and dispose of old windows, ensuring proper disposal methods.
• Ensure that installations meet local building codes and regulations.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, both during and after installations.
• Communicate effectively with customers when necessary to address any questions or concerns.
• Collaborate with the team to complete installations on time.
• Troubleshoot and problemsolve onsite to ensure successful installations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Window and Door Installer or in a similar role. Exterior installation experience is an asset.
• Strong knowledge of window and door installation techniques, materials, and tools.
• Ability to read and interpret measurements and specifications.
• Excellent attention to detail and precision in workmanship.
• Exceptional problemsolving skills and the ability to adapt to unforeseen challenges.
• Physical ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Occasional out of town work (a few times a year, up to a week at a time).

Salary:
$25.00-$35.00 per hour


Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

• Overtime pay

- exterior finishing: 1 year (preferred)
