7 years' experience as PM.- Good communication and management skills

- Integrated into client team and manage projects to meet cost, scope, benefit, timeline as agree by engaging the extended L&T team in design and outcome.
- Experience in on site project management, packaged goods, consumer products environment.
- Developing project SOWs, deliverables, budgets, and schedules with full documentation based on client project engineering requirements.
- Assist in efforts to finalize contractors and material vendor.
- Assist team with constructability issue during design phase.
- Monitoring project with respect to cost, demand forecasts, to ensure timely execution of projects.
- Coordinate contractor meetings for review of progress and site issue.
- Facilitating meeting with client to discuss progress of project.
- Monitoring progress with respect to schedule.
- Manage multiple projects at various stages of development.
- Update all the stake holders regarding site status through regular progress updates
- Perform active change management towards the client or contractors in terms of contract deviations.
- Developing and managing changes needed to deliver product at desired quality and throughput.
- Vendor and punch list management.
- Actively maintain a continuous improvement mindset, suggesting and driving improvements related to efficiency, production, automation and/or equipment design, and downtime elimination.
- Actively interact with all levels of the team ensuring a smooth transition from construction through to full scale operations.
- Provide support to selected site.

Salary:
Up to $60.00 per hour

- Monday to Friday

- Hamilton, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
