    Administrative Assistant, Bedford

    If your professional customer service skills are enhanced by a can-do attitude, this full time position would be a great opportunity to join the CBI Health. As an Administrative Assistant within CBI Health, Home Health Services, you will be the face and voice of this accredited, innovative community health care organization providing high-quality services in the Halifax region.

    Responsibilities:

  • Direct incoming calls received on a multi-line phone system
  • Be the first point of contact for office visitors and offsite employees
  • Coordinate mail distribution and orders
  • Perform general office duties and provide administrative support
  • Attend to customer service calls
  • Triage and trouble shoot mobile technology issues
  • Maintain proper PPE inventory levels and counts
  • Utilize scheduling software
  • Qualifications

  • Medical office assistant experience an asset
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Well developed skills using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other software
  • Take and follow direction well with ability to work autonomously
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • A creative approach with a can-do attitude
