Proven leader with credit risk expertise needed

What you'll do:

Establish and maintain a consistent vision for the corporate credit lending market
Coach and mentor your team on all aspects of credit risks, including technical coaching, due diligence and quality of reviews
Create development plans and champion a learning environment to foster personal growth of employees
Support a vision of Credit Management being a learning centre
Establish workload priorities and resolve conflicting priorities
Build strong partnerships with other FCC divisions
Work collaboratively with other business units to fulfil corporate priorities
Adjudicate credit eligibility with other leaders to ensure the lending is a fit under FCC's mandate and assess the reputational risk to FCC

What we're looking for:

Strong communicator who can translate and share knowledge to diverse audiences

What you'll need:

A bachelor's degree in business, economics or agricultural economics and seven to 10 years of experience in commercial lending (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
A drive to help others achieve their goals
