Full-Time Permanent Position hours per week

We are looking for a dynamic and service-oriented individual with a keen eye for detail to work with our HR team.
Your Role Will Involve:
- Conducting needs analysis with Hiring Managers to understand position requirements, and advise them on policies, processes, recruiting initiatives.
- Posting and renewing job advertisements on various online sites and job boards; Indeed, LinkedIn, university career pages.
- Establishing solid relationships with hiring managers, providing strategic guidance and advice as a trusted talent partner, building strong networks internally and externally.
- Extending offers and negotiating (where appropriate) in alignment with agency needs
- Maintaining impeccable organization and constantly reassess priorities while working on multiple roles at once
- Working across the entire organization you must be crossfunctional in this role and build relationships in every department
- Represent and promote Lumacare brand and value proposition at external recruitment events in a positive and professional manner
- Participates in proactive Health & Safety activities while performing all duties. Member of the Joint Health & Safety Committee (JHSC) of Lumacare.
What We're Looking For:
- Diploma in Human Resources and a minimum of 1 years' experience as Recruiter, carrying out recruitment, selection, and onboarding of employees.
- Experience with HRIS systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Competent knowledge and experience working with relevant legislative requirements/policies to effectively recruiting, interviewing, and hiring staff required
- Strong organizational and problemsolving skills with the ability to pay attention to detail required
- Outstanding interpersonal, relationship building, communication and customer focus skills required
- Ability to work in a fastpaced work environment
- Valid Vulnerable Police Record Check completed within last 12 months is required.
- Fluency in another language is an asset.
Mandatory COVID-19 vaccination required
