We are currently looking for an experience Chef de Cuisineeager to join our team of elite hospitality professionals who redefine luxury service and guest experience on a daily basis.

Work along side Chef-in-Residence, Rob Feenie, and bring forth new ideas and culinary creations


Requirements:


  • Creative and innovative with strong attention to detail
  • Work within budget guidelines
  • Effective communicator and staff motivator
  • Rounded knowledge of French and international influenced cuisine
  • Overseeing the planning & coordination of restaurant, room service, banquets & special functions
  • Assists Executive Chef with training of new staff
  • Ensure health & safety guidelines are strictly followed
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of kitchen areas
  • Medical, dental, extended health care, pension, life insurance benefits are provided
  • Minimum of three years as Sous Chef in similar environment_
  • Outstanding culinary skills_
  • Menu planning experience and food design an asset_
  • Must have good communication skills in English_
  • Energetic, enthusiastic, hardworking, professional, with the capacity to perform multiple tasks with a creative mind_
  • Very flexible with the ability to work additional hours as required_
  • Leadership skills_

Experience:


  • Chef: 3 years (required)

Education:


  • High school or equivalent (required)
