Responsibilities and Qualifications:

The Construction Site Superintendent is responsible for supervising and coordinating all field operations required to construct the project which includes all on-site construction activities, ensuring that project plans and schedule are followed and the project is executed safely, effectively and within budget.

Construction Site Superintendent must be able to:

Read and thoroughly understand Architectural, Structural, Shoring, Electrical and Mechanical drawings, Interior Design and Landscape Drawings;
Review and understand all reports and documents including Soils Investigation, Site Services, and Shoring, Structural, Architectural, M & E, Interior Design and Landscape drawings;
Assist with site review and development of staging plan as it pertains to utilities, access, public protection, material deliveries, and other related requirements.

Education Requirements:
A High School Diploma is required. Post-secondary education in Construction Management, Architectural Science or Engineering and/or apprenticeship in related trades is preferred.

Experience Requirements:
Minimum 5-7 years of construction supervision experience required

Salary:
$80,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
