Clearpoint Health Network Inc. is recruiting for a permanent full-time
Purchasing & Procurement Coordinator.

Minimum Qualifications:


  • MUST have a healthcare/medical device background, experience with surgical vendors and contract management experience
  • Solid MS Excel skills
  • Procurement and/or supply chain experience is considered an asset
  • Exceptional customer service and organizational skills; with a resultsoriented focus
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and timelines with a high level of attention to detail
  • Demonstrated strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Work both independently and in a team environment with mínimal supervision
- excellent English language skills (reading, written, verbal and comprehension)


Responsibilities

  • Supply ordering for all areas of the facility, administration, OR, PACU and In Patient
  • Management of awarded contracts including additions/discontinuations, code changes, pricing updates, etc.
  • The management of Equipment Maintenance, contracted and not
  • Coordination and delivery of quarterly inventory to finance ensuring accurate data collection for analysis, reporting and audit purposes
  • Tracking of consumable utilization by case and the development of subsequent case costing sheets
  • Supplier inventory management with PO/Invoice Reconciliation
