    Job Summary

    We are seeking a reliable and skilled Long Haul Driver to join our team at IRVIN XPRESS. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for transporting goods and materials safely and efficiently across the country.

    Responsibilities

    • Drive company vehicles to transport goods and materials, adhering to all relevant regulations and safety standards.
    • Conduct pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition.
    • Monitor and maintain accurate records of cargo information, hours of service, distance traveled, and fuel consumption.
    • Communicate with customers and colleagues to resolve any issues or concerns that may arise during transportation.

    Requirements

    • You must have a valid commercial driver's license (CDL) and a clean driving record.
    • Experience as a long haul truck driver is essential, with a minimum of 1 year of experience required.
    • You should be physically fit and able to lift heavy objects when necessary.
    • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are required to effectively manage customer expectations and resolve any issues that may arise during transportation.
