    Impact Recruitment has the pleasure of working with a top-end full-service firm with connections in both Vancouver and the Okanagan.

    Having provided exceptional legal services to their clients for over 5 decades, this client is actively seeking an experience and highly motivated senior solicitor lawyer to join their team up in Okanagan for a Land Development focused position.

    Our client is a top-end full-service firm with connections in both Vancouver and the Okanagan.

    Having provided exceptional legal to their clients for over 5 decades, this firm has established themselves as leaders in the industry while also remaining true to their roots as a small firm – treating everyone with respect and dignity in a collaborative and engaging working environment.

    This opportunity would be based in their Vernon office.

    Ideally, the incoming lawyer would be motivated and has experience working with complex development matters, including but not limited to land development, subdivisions, disclosure statements, shared interest developments, and strata projects.

    Aside from the legal aspects of this position, this firm highly appreciates candidates who are personable and work well within a collaborative, team focused environment.

    10+ years of post call experience, with strong land development experience a strong asset
    ~ Genuine interest and passion for land development matters
    ~ Located in and having a connection with the local Vernon community
