Job Summary:


This is an exciting time to join the Total Rewards team as we transform our compensation and benefits programs into an integral part of the employee offering and kick off implementation of new HR systems.

The Total Rewards Advisor is a key role for the Total Rewards team, supporting employee and business needs relating to compensation and benefits programs.


How you will make an impact:

  • Consult on the day-day administration of compensation programs including external market surveys and analysis and job evaluation.
  • Identify opportunities to consolidate/recalibrate job levels, job evaluation, job codes, base pay structures and bonus programs.
  • Participate in new system implementation by providing support regarding the compensation architecture and automation of compensation administration.
  • Support the annual compensation processes, including merit increases and shortterm incentives.
  • Provide support on benefits review and other related projects.
  • Support group benefits plan administration to ensure timely efficient program operation (retirement & health/dental).
  • Work with multiple stakeholders to define compensation and benefits issues and collaborate on effective solutions.
  • Consult with business partners in supporting the organization's ability to attract and engage talent.
  • Keep abreast of all applicable legislation and ensure compliance of all Total Rewards Programs.
  • Prepare comprehensive analytics, metrics and reporting to support effective decision making.

About you:


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent combination of training and experience
  • 35 years of total rewards experience with a strong focus on compensation
  • Some exposure to benefits administration preferred
  • Strong project management and change management skills
  • Excellent critical thinking and analytical skills
  • Good judgment and discretion with highly confidential and sensitive personnel information
  • Energetic, resultsoriented and innovative about continuous improvement
