Function:
Interested in leading the HR function, reporting directly to the President, having a flexible work schedule, and working in a brand-new office? You will work closely with the management team, coordinate the activities and programs of the human resources function while ensuring the development of good practices and the continuous improvement of the function.

- Coordinate training and support the development of documents (integration, health and safety and others)
- Collaborate in the development and implementation of HR policies and programs
- Participate in the management of disciplinary measures
- Participate in the salary review process and update employee files
- Coordinate employee activities and special events
- Manage internal and external communications, including posts on social media to promote the employer brand

Skills and experience:
- Certificate or college diploma in HR, BA in HR is an asset
- Minimum 3 years of experience in human resources
- Spoken and written bilingualism (French and English)
- Good knowledge of the MS Office Suite
- Knowledge of online recruiting platforms and social media
- Experience in a manufacturing company is an asset
