Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries and complaints
Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services (Telus Fibre Optiks campaign)
Document and update customer records based on interactions
Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
Continuously improve through feedback
Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers

Qualifications:

Ability to build rapport with clients
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Positive and professional demeanor
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly motivated and target driven

Requirements:

Can commute to and from the Kelowna office
Can work fulltime hours
