Job Description:


The Sr Processor, Operations Management is responsible for coordinating activities, planning and scheduling staff during peak periods to ensure Service Level Agreements are met or exceeded, decisioning and supporting at the advanced level while implementing policies and procedures.

The role assists team members in prioritizing workload and provides approvals to process high risk work outside of employees' delegated authority.

The Sr Processor applies independent interpretation of policies on new projects, assisting in the coordination of organizational changes and technology upgrades.

The role applies extensive knowledge of the job to manage exceptions, identify opportunities and recommend changes to existing procedures to support continuous improvement and client satisfaction.

What You'll Be Doing


As part of the Credit Processing Services in the loan operations team, the Loan Operations Officer will be responsible for the day to day loan processing activities will include: COINS posting, manage and process loan diaries, close loans, investigations, effectively handle multiple priorities in a high volume environment, and all other requirements from our business partners.

Ensuring all transactions are completed accurately and on a timely basis in accordance with Bank's policies and procedures.

How You'll Succeed

  • Relationship Building
  • Required to respond to client's inquires and requests, providing professional high quality customer service for the assigned portfolio to ensure client satisfaction. You will liase and interact with relationship managers as part of the daily management of your portfolio.
  • Administration & Analytical Thinking
  • Review draft credit agreements and prepare all security documentation in accordance with client's articles of incorporation. You will also be required to review executed credit agreements and security documentation and escalate all errors/ omissions for correction prior to funding.
  • Business Acumen
  • You will be responsible for managing the credit fulfillment function by providing specialized operational expertise. You will also be required to act independently of the business to ensure ongoing compliance of the terms and conditions of the authorized credit and exercise delegated authority to make decisions as required.


  • Technically Savvy

  • Comfortable using MS Teams, Outlook calendar. Experience with COINS, PostEdge, ECIF, GOW, iCAP system, Streamloan is a strong asset.
  • Lending knowledge experience with lending administration would be an asset (Banker's Acceptance, Letters of Credit, Visa, term loans, LAS loans).
