Be at the heart of major engineering projects
Working alongside a dynamic team of over 100 professionals, you will play a central role in supporting large-scale building engineering projects.
Your impact
Review, format and finalize a variety of technical and administrative documents (reports, specifications, addenda, presentations, meeting minutes, etc.)
Ensure quality control of plans and specifications prior to submission, maintaining high professional standards
Support reception-related administrative activities
Contribute to onboarding coordination for new employees
Organize and coordinate internal meetings
Provide versatile administrative support while fostering a positive and collaborative team environment
What We're Looking For
Vocational or college diploma in administration or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience reviewing technical or professional documentation
Strong command of English (spoken and written); French is an asset
Advanced proficiency in MS Word, working knowledge of Excel, and Adobe PDF
Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Experience in consulting engineering (an asset)

Hourly salary range:
$25.65 – $30.75 per hour, with final compensation determined based on experience, qualifications, scope of the role, and geographic location.
