Description

The C-Store Supervisor is responsible for overseeing sales activities and service levels within the C-Store, including adherence to asset protection, safe working conditions, Co-op brand/image standards, and product regulatory requirements.

Assists with overseeing team of C-Store Clerks in the absence of a Manager, fostering a positive work environment, coordinating activities to achieve work shift and/or work unit objectives, and leading/contributing to recruitment and development activities.

Responds to a variety of routine and non-routine service inquiries, gauges customer needs and service satisfaction levels, and ensures customer issues are addressed in a timely manner.

Identifies areas for improvement and provides leadership to the team.

Ensure adherence to all regulations, Company, H&S, Loss Prevention policies and procedures.
